Dr. Phillip H. Wilson
Jennifer is originally from Cedartown, GA but currently resides in Tallapoosa. She began working at the clinic in September 2012 as a veterinary technician, but is currently our Office Manager. She has worked in the veterinary field for over 10 years. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in Science from Young Harris College, where she played college softball. She has cows, horses, dogs, and a paraplegic cat. In her spare time she enjoys trail riding and competing in Two-man Ranch Sorting Events on her horses.
Kim was born and raised in Bowdon, GA and has worked as an EMT for 8 years before coming to the veterinary field. She is married and has two sons, Will and Thomas, and two grandkids. Kim has been our veterinary technician since November 2013. You may find her assisting Dr. Wilson in the small/large animal exam rooms, surgery, or helping in the kennels. She is very valuable to the success and quality of the care we offer each client and their pets. In her spare time, Kim enjoys riding motorcycles, jeep excursions, but most of all spending time with her family.
Ashley Campo Smith
Ashley was born and raised in Roswell, GA. After graduating High School in 2003, she moved to a family farm while attending a local college and working for a 24 hour mixed animal emergency hospital in Clarkesville, GA. In 2014, Ashley and her husband, Josh, moved to Bowdon where they purchased a small farm and started a fencing company. She then started working at the clinic as a front office receptionist. She is very knowledgeable with different products both large and small animal. When not at work, Ashley enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her husband and their daughter, Maralee Rose.
Mrs. Bailey started working at the clinic in 2016 as a Kennel Technician, but has always been a regular client of Dr. Wilson's for many years. She absolutely loves taking care of all the animals and they are definitely well taken care of in her hands. She and her husband Marty live in Woodland, AL. In her spare time, she enjoys spoiling and spending time with her grandkids and great-grandkids. Her favorite breed of all time is a Boxer and she has two of them at home.
Kristen was born and raised in Heflin, AL. She began working at the clinic in January 2017 as a Kennel Technician. She is currently a freshman at Southern Union and plans to attend Auburn and receive her major in animal science. Once receiving her major, she plans to further her education and receive a doctorate in veterinary medicine. She spends her free time traveling to local rodeos, trail rides, helping her dad on the farm, and spending time with her family.
